I had a wonderful cooking week. The highlight was Ina Garten’s Panko-Crusted Salmon. Oh my goodness. Talk about a delightful, happy feeling once you take a bite. It was simple to prepare, but bursting with flavor. We loved it. I think you’ll love it too.
